One test per form, one report per scent
Enter how many scents you plan in each format. The sheet counts the laboratory confirmations (one representative product per form) and the reports (every scent), and turns a result date into the deadlines that follow.
How the sheet counts
A derivative has the same use and form as the representative product, a different name and no change in the substances the safety standard limits; it is reported without a new test. So each format you fill in needs one laboratory confirmation, and every scent needs a report. The report is due 30 days after the result, KEITI has 25 days to issue the certificate, and the confirmation runs three years. Re-confirm within the 90 days before it ends and the new three years start the day after the old ones finish, so no day is lost.
